I’m having a problem since yesterday: I downloaded some videos from youtube in this format (H.264 / MPEG-4 Part 10) but none of them is playable. Infuse loads for some seconds then warns me about an error reading content.
Can you help me? Every other video file is working fine! I’m using Plex server on synology and the latest version of Infuse on an AppleTV 4k with the latest firmware.
The video plays fine only from plex web, while Infuse for iOS and tvOS fails.

Thanks for the sample. A brief test in Infuse for iOS and Apple TV, and this file is playing fine for us here.
There may be something else going on with Plex or another part of your setup, so if you have a chance to send in a report from you device it would allow us to take deeper look.
Hi again! You were right, there were a problem with mi Plex, I don’t understand why but it refused to serve only these files. A restart and a rescan of the library fixed it!
Thank you for your time!! Love your work!
