Hello, I have a problem with multiple movies not playing, I’ve submitted a ticket but I didn’t received an answer to solve my problem, the problem is still with infuse 8, all is up to date, iOS and infuse I’ve submitted a new ticket, QXKFP. So James can you look and see what the problem is? I"ve uploaded even a movie, Daddio. The problem is with Apple TV 4K 3erd gen. On my MacBook Air m1 the movies play with no problem. I’d ben more then 5-6 months since I can’t use infuse so I feel a bit frustrated, I have the anual subscription til November so if the problem is not solved I will not renew the subscription. Sorry for my English.

Is this affecting all videos or just this one video?
Is affecting multiple videos, I’ve uploaded a video 3-4 weeks ago (Daddio) and someone from infuse had the same problem as mine, it’s playing fine on the MacBook but on Apple TV 4K 3erd gen no. I have multiple videos not playing and some playing but if I skip ahead it goes back to beginning and videos that don’t have any problem. It’s very frustrating. I have never had any problem with infuse but this is a deal brake , All my videos are mkv.
so the last update didn’t changed nothing( iOS 18.1 rc and infuse 8.0.1), the error is stil there… and still no fix, now I feel that ignored and I fell used. I know it’s not much, 10 euro a year but the app is not working for more than 4-5. months , and the communication with the support team is 1 of 10.

hey James, i should get a discount code for the 6 + months that i couldn’t use the app. This is not ok, i reported the problem and stil no fix…
James 6 months i could not use the app because of the error playback (still no fix)and now my anual subscription ended and you whant me to pay for another year??
