The beta version of the web page cannot upload the receipt attachment.
The website for applying to TestFlight is encountering an error.
It encounters an error, displaying the message “Uh oh, something went wrong,” when uploading the Receipt, causing the process to fail.
There was an outage with the form provider, but it appears to be back online now.
