I have a file that is not launching on Infuse.
It says: An error occurred while loading the file.
I have the PRO version.
Hardware used: Apple TV 4K TVOS 18.

You may want to run that video through mediainfo and post the results here.
Does the file play with any other player like VLC?

I downloaded the video.
VLC failed to read it.
I remembered that during the download it had been interrupted.
I downloaded it again and infuse can read it.
