ERROR I can't access my device

Hi, After the last two updates, I still can not access my device.
I deleted it and tried to add it again, but infuse does not connect.
Error. Infuse has encountered an error while trying to connect.

My device is a HDD connected by USB to the router.
I used it in the past without problems.
I am paying PRO Account and I can’t use it.

Help, please!

To resolve this, you may try switching to SMB2, or one of the other tips found here.

I have just accessed by using legacy mode.
I don’t understand what does legacy mode mean.
