Error Deleting Additional Material

After deleting a show that has a associated subtitle track file, Infuse will ask if I want to delete that additional material. I say yes and it always goes to an error screen and the subtitle file (*.srt) does not get deleted.

My library points to files on my Synology NAS.

Is the srt file in the same directory as the video and how is the srt file named?

They are in the same directory and all my srt files have the same exact name as the associated video file. ( and

Another thing you may want to check is the R/W privileges for that specific file with the user privileges of your Infuse device. I’ve seen some files that are read only and check to see if the file is locked.
