Lately i have been noticing random episodes in a season are not displaying episode titles. Editing metadata fixes the problem but it reverts back after a while. I will add a few pics for reference.
Runnig latest infuse on latest OS software.
Are these files being streamed from a media server like Emby, Jellyfin, or Plex? If so, you may check to ensure the correct details are present on the server and then use the ‘Refresh’ option in Infuse (located in the 3 dots menu in the upper right corner of the screen).
If you are not using one of these servers, you can use the ‘Edit Metadata’ option (found in the same menu) and manually reselect the series title to refresh the details for this series.
You can also use the ‘Refresh Metadata’ option found in Infuse > Settings > Library to refresh metadata for all movies and TV shows.

I am streaming directly from a synology diskstation (SMB).
I have used the “edit metadata” option and in fact it does rectify the situation… albeit temporarily. Within a few minutes it reverts to its previous state.
I have also done the “refresh metadata”, with the same results.
