Hi,
I updated to version 8.0.4 on my Apple TV 4K yesterday. Previously, when I switched to a series’ folder, the first unwatched episode was automatically selected. That’s no longer the case. Now the episode on the very left is selected. Can I change that back or is it a bug?
Regression on tvOS since 8.0.4 (8.0.5019)
Until 8.0.4 (8.0.5013), on a TV show page, when scrolling down from the Play button to the episode list, the selected episode was the 1st unwatched.
Since 8.0.4 (8.0.5019), the selected episode is the one below the season number, which makes a lot less sense.
I’m running Infuse 8.0.5 (5028) on an Apple TV 4K (3rd Gen). I noticed a minor navigation bug in the Movie Details View screen. If you scroll down from the Cast and Crew row to the Movies row, previous builds used to highlight the current movie you’re drilled into, so nothing would change. However, now when you click down from Cast and Crew, it highlights a different movie and all of the details change.
I noticed this because I often scroll down to look at the filename at the very bottom of the screen and realized that it was switching movies when I did this.
The last version to navigate properly was 8.0.5013. With 8.0.5019, the navigation is broken.
I’m also having an issue with this. Scrolling down on the details page, past the cast & crew credits, the list of movies or TV episodes is off. The current movie/TV episode selected should be on the very left of this list but it’s not. It’s like in the middle of it.
So every time you scroll down to the bottom of the details page, you’ll automatically select to a different movie/TV episode. Very frustrating especially when I want to see the finer details like the filename at the very bottom.
I see that version 8.0.5 has been released, but does not address this issue. Is there an expectation when we can hear back on this issue? Thanks.

It’s not really answered.
It says it changed in 8.0.4, as part of 8.0.x.
But is that the problem (then we can expect it to change back) or the solution (then not)?
Clarification from @james would be greatly appreciated.
I want to push back as well. Perhaps it’s a matter of perspective, but I see this as a regression (and certainly the behavior I showed where the focus gets stuck) and not an opportunity for improvement. It didn’t do this before, and the new behavior hurts - and is a failed implementation of the new UI changes. This isn’t a feature request.
