Enable storage on ATV instead of on my mac?

I was reading through here trying to find out but had no luck, is there some way to store all my video content on the ATV instead of in my iTunes library on my mac?? This is taking up too much room on my Macbook. I have the 160 GB ATV… Will aTV Flash allow me to do this? Is this what the whole USB external Hard drive support is about? Is that the only option? There any way to allow complete storage on the ATV??

Atv flash is your solution - You will be able to store your video content on your ATV. Enabling the usb support is an alternative and as simple as the instructions indicate.

I recommend using the divx prg to store more video files on the atv. Hope this helps.
