I would like to suggest implementing an option to be able to access Emby favourites.
It would be very nice to have an option to view Favorites the same way as TV shows and movies) in the main menu.
For example: let’s say I have 500 TV show via Emby - I would to have an option to select a few of them (as I have in Emby itself) and add them as Favorites. I would then see a special Favorites list in the main menu where I would only see these TV show.
Why? I have a couple of kids and a wife at home where everybody has a special list they watch and it takes a long time to find what is interesting for each person.
Any plans on adding Jellyfin Favorites? It’s similar to Plex Watchlist (not to be confused with watching). The ability to mark, unmark, and view both movies and shows would be awesome!
How can I do that? I don’t see the option for favorites, only for each folder (for example 1080p movies, 4K movies etc, depending how anyone organize the server) and playlists.
I just found out that’s it’s possible to view the favorites in direct mode (I don’t know about library mode), by clicking edit home screen and add your favourites movies, series etc from emby to show up in home screen. I don’t think it’s possible though to add an item as favourite directly from Infuse.
Hi, since current Infuse Emby direct mode just support to view the favorites in Home Screen, is there any plan to add the function to mark or unmark a Movie or a TV Show as Favorite under Emby direct mode? Just like mark or unmark as Watched on the video detail screen. It’s really useful for Emby users. Thanks.
Is there any roadmap item to support this? This post is 3 years old but I still don’t see an option to add/view favorite for emby/jellyfin. For plex this works fine. So, the basic infra should already be there.
Yeah, still not fixed. I am not renewing my relapsed subscription. VidHub is so much better than Infuse already at a much cheaper price. At this point we should point fingers at the devs for making such an expensive product and not fixing 3+ year old issues. A $100 video player should be able to do things a $15 one can. As KrustyRaven says it’s literally such a simple request
