Embedded subtitles not in sync

Hi everyone.

First off - love the Intune app - far ahead of the competition in my opinion.

However I am noticing an issue which hasn’t been picked up, apologies if already a posted thread but I couldn’t see one.

I have a large library of ripped DVDs which have subtitles (SRT) added to the M4V file.

In Plex, VLC, QuickTime etc the subtitles can be turned on without issue.

Yet in Intune on iOS and tvOS the subtitles when turned on, are out of sync and the first part of a subtitle starts as soon as you enable it.

Would appreciate any guidance, doubt I’m the only person with this issue?

I don’t think we’ve seen any other reports like this, but if you have a chance to send in a sample video we’d love to take a look.

I must confess I did this nearly 4 months ago but the ticket has remained open with no answers.

Opened this issue up on the forum to see if others came upon this issue
