Saw the recent integration of STRMLNK files which I think originated from ChannelsDVR.
Hoping with that in mind, the devs would look into also adding support for EDLs for commercial skipping, as well as DVB_teletext subtitle support.
That was I can point infuse at my channelsDVR data and get streamlinks as well as my recorded content with subtitles.
Currently any MPEG-TS file with DVB_teletext is not able to display any subtitles, nor do any appear to be selected.
The great thing about the channelsDVR EDL files is the ability to edit/verify them in the web interface after commercial detection has taken place to get the commercial breaks spot on. Where as plex’s commercials stay as whatever is detected, which can be off a lot of the time.
Hopefully these features will be considered.
