Download subtitles without playing the video

I think if we could browse and download subtitles from opensubtitles without must play the movie would be great. Because now if I want to download a subtitle for the movie but I don’t plan to watch it yet the Trakt scrobbler detects I’m watching it even if I don’t, also the watch indicator icon marks it as a started movie as well instead of unwatched…

I may be wrong but I don’t think Infuse saves any subtitles. I think it just streams them while you are watching the video. It would be nice if it did save them after watching the video or have that option.

As a user in Argentina I frequently use subtitles in shows or movies. I find out that I need to start playing the title in order to select a subtitle for it.

Is it possible to have an option to select the subtitle BEFORE starting playing the episode or movie? Maybe in the options for mark watched/unwatched add an option for subtitles?

It would be great if you guys can do this.

Hi, Guys.

I still don’t see any advance on this. Is it so hard to add a button or option to set the subtitle before playing the video? It is certainly inconvenient to click on Play, then pause the video to get a subtitle from OpenSubtitles.

The default subtitle language works for files that already have subtitles embedded or handy, but not for OpenSubtitles.

I’d appreciate a solution for this.
