Dolby Atmos Local File Playback

I have seen the infuse is only player that can pass through atmos audio for receiver to decode. Why is it was removed from option.

from 13.3.1 no such option was visible. Do we get dolby atmos or until apple approves Dolby MAT this is not going to be possible other than online streaming apps.
