Does Infuse ignore AC3 DRC metadata?

Hi, I suspect that Infuse ignores all AC3 metadata, such as DRC and dialnorm. This leads to the dynamic range of the sound being too high, especially when watching at night. I know that you can use the Reduce Loud Sounds feature in the Apple TV settings, but it’s not quite the same, and in my opinion, this feature doesn’t work as well as AC3 DRC. For example, in the competing MrMC / Kodi app, AC3 DRC metadata is definitely used, although without the option to turn it off, which in turn can be annoying for some people.

Does anyone know how it works? Alternatively, a question for the developers—would it be very difficult to add a Dolby Digital DRC on/off switch to the settings?

Edit: I also tried the official Plex app for Apple TV and it definitely processes DRC metadata for AC3 audio.
