Does iCloud sync do anything?

Have Infuse on my iPad and iPhone, all setup and working great. iCloud sync turned on on both and shows successful sync’s every few minutes.
Just installed Infuse on my MacBook Pro 16 M1 Pro. Go to Setting, Library and even though iCloud sync is on, my favorites (Plex Server and shares) screen is empty.

Shouldn’t iCloud sync bring over that stuff so I don’t have to reconfigure the services from scratch?
