Does ATV Flash support Apple TV 2 4.0?

I have already purchased the software as the summary seem to suggest you only need any. jailbroken apple tv 2

You can install aTV Flash (black) on 4.0, though some features will not be available.

Since 4.0 is nearly 3 years old now, updating the Apple TV to something newer would be the recommended option.

If I don’t have blobs, how can i do that untethered? Thanx for any reply.

you can’t.

so you either do 5.x tethered if you want aTVFlash or untethered for whatever blobs you have saved.
