Do I have to buy lifetime PRO again?

Hello Maybe James can give me an answer. I sent to support yesterday. I accidentally deleted the wrong Apple ID. The one I bought lifetime PRO with over ten years ago. I have one picture showing the pro status and two later in the day where it’s gone. I talked to Apple yesterday. It’s been a few days too many to be able to see info regarding that Apple ID. Do I now have to buy lifetime PRO again? Your support has more information by email etc. Please help me! Or give me a clear answer what applies. Thanks!

Can you send me a PM with a copy of your purchase receipt from Apple? Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t provide us with a way to access these details (for privacy reasons).

Hi James, Since that account is completely closed, no information is available at all anymore. So unfortunately I don’t have a receipt for the purchase. I really tried to get Apple to do everything they could yesterday. If that helps, or if you have a contact at Apple, it was called Apple ID (removed).

Unfortunately, they will not share or discuss any personal user details with developers. Did you receive an email receipt from Apple at some point?

Unfortunately, I have nothing regarding the purchase itself. I’ve been looking.

Any thoughts on that problem (my problem)?

Apple’s pretty up front and definitive that when you delete an account you lose all data, icloud stored items, apps, and subscriptions with no way to restore it once it’s gone.

It sounds like you’re going to end up paying for items you want to restore.
