While it appears that Infuse got support for Jellyfin multi-version films in Infuse 7.8, the actual implementation leaves a lot to be desired. Currently, it only seems to simply display the bitrate and resolution of the variants, which makes it quite difficult to tell between, for example, entirely different cuts of a particular movie.
Jellyfin itself supports labelled multi-version content and the official Jellyfin web interface correctly displays this.
