Disable updates on 5.0.1

I don’t want someone to accidentaly update my Apple TV 2, When Apple releases 5.0.2 

So can anyone explain to me how to disable Updates on 5.0.1

(I have aTV black)

The mere installation of ATVFlash handles the update disabling for you.

I do not think you even need ATV Flash. I think it is done as part of the SeasonPass jailbreak?
