Direct url on tvOS with iOS device

Hi,

I wonder if there is a way to play a url pointing to a mp4 file on tvOS without first adding it on an iOS device connected to the same iCloud? I have been doing it that way for quite a while now but my iPhone has stopped working meaning I don’t know how to get the links to the Apple TV any longer. Would be fantastic if there was a way do it only on the Apple TV or using my Mac.

Unfortunately, using an iOS device is the only way to add URLs to the Apple TV at this time. Sorry.
