I can confirm this issue is still on our radar, but as of this moment we haven’t been able to identify a clear cause. We haven’t been able to replicate the issue here and there also doesn’t seem to be widespread reports of similar issues so this makes troubleshooting more challenging.

Could the issue be unicode characters in file names or titles?
If I open a video file with a emoji in the title or file name Infuse tries to open it then crashes immediately. Then I can never open Infuse successfully again without deleting the app and reinstalling. Yes over tried force closing and relaunching - still crashes.
Something sticks in the cache. You can’t even open the app to clear the cache. Would be good to have a clear cache feature in the iOS settings menu entry for the app.
