Crashing and Not able to access TV/Movies from the apple tv home page menu

My Infuse crashed after about 1 min 20 Seconds in any of my folders on several of my apple TV’s. I have the latest version, I have deleted the metadata, I have deleted and reinstalled the app itself and it still crashes. It seems to be since the new Interface for movies. Also if I go from the Apple TV home page when on the app, and I try to open once of the movies or TV Shows from there, it takes me to the Infuse Share date and then to the screen to add Share folders. If I go in directly from the app then it sees all my folders, and I can go into a movie or show from the top menu.

Thanks for any help you can give. Hopefully I posted in the correct place

I’m having crashing issues also. Maybe you can provide a 5 digit diagnostic code here right after it happens to you next time.

Mine crashes after less than a minute, usually around 20 seconds and then I click on the item I started on the apple home screen top shelf and resume from there and usually I can get the full show without further crashes. Not always though.

Where do I find that code?

Sorry for the trouble.

We’re looking into a few reports of this and are working to submit a new build to Apple this week which includes a fix.

Thanks for your patience.

Thanks! Thats why I love Infuse!

This users guide should help. You don’t need to do it this time since James has replied to you but for future use.

Infuse 8.1.6 which includes a fix for this issue was submitted to Apple today and should be available on the App Store within the next few days.

Thanks for your patience. :folded_hands:

So far so good, over 10 minutes of moving around in the app without crashing! :+1:

Last night couldn’t go 30 seconds moving around in the app before a crash.
