Couldn't communicate with a helper application

Every time I try to “purchase” the DTS free-in app I get “Couldn’t communicate with a helper application.” I already accepted in my iPhone but the DTS notification always pop ups when playing a DTS audio. Any help?

This is an App Store issue, and sometimes restarting the device can help fix this.
