Corrupt audio playback on iOS via hdmi

I’m experiencing a strange bug on infuse 8.1.3 on iOS
18.4.1 on iPhone 15 Pro Max when trying to play to a TV via a usb-c to HDMI cable.

when I stream my files from my jellyfin server or download the files and playback. The video appears to play normall but the sound is corrupted.

If I unplug the hdmi cable the file (including audio) plays normally. on the iPhone.

I have tested using the jellyfin ios app and using that app with the same files the audio plays normally over the hdmi cable.

files tried:
mkv h264 1080 dolby digital5.1
mkv h264 1080 dolbydigital2.0

Can you try disabling the ‘5.1 over HDMI’ option found in Infuse > Settings > Playback?
