Copy aTV between 2 apple tv's?

I own 2 apple tv’s. One is jailbroken and runs aTV Flash (latest version) the other one isn’t and runs Apple latest software

 

Is there a way to copy aTV + iOS from one Apple TV to the other? So without the need to jailbreak the other Apple TV (both are Apple TV 2 modules)

Unfortunately not. Each one needs to be separately jailbroken. Your ATV license does allow you to install it on both devices after jailbreaking.
