Before upgrading my ATV2 OS I did not save a copy of 4.4.4. I would like to downgrade from 5.0 to 4.4.4. Does anyone know where I can download a copy of version 4.4.4?

Did you save the blobs (firmware signatures) before doing the upgrade? If you did not then you will not be able to downgrade.
In terms of finding the old software it should be easy enough to find via Google.
I guessed he did not make shsh blog as he mention no copy of firmware 4.4.4, that mean he only can do tether right now.
