Some of my TV series will not move onto the the next season - even though Continuous Playback is turned on (under the Playback entry) I have it set to On but have tried it on TV Shows only as well.
Peaky Blinders is one that does it on my set up. I have a naming convention that does work on other series, so wondering if this is just something that doesn’t work for some specific shows (although that would be strange)
I cant remember the other shows this is occurring with but I am going to review some that may be likely offenders. Usually the naming format I use is {Series.name.Episode.Number.Episode.Name.Other Info}with all words separated by a dot.
I’d leave them as is. That’s about the most stable naming format there is for Infuse.
I wonder if the “Subs” folder in each season folder may be throwing things off.
Do you have a series that is playing across seasons that has a “Subs” folder in each season?
I believe this is normal behavior since Infuse doesn’t automatically play the next season after finishing one—it lacks a ‘continue to next season’ feature.
Continues playback across seasons is something that I miss the most… for years now.
It (play next season when last episode of a season is finished) only works (ask god for the reason), when you go into the tv show, play the show and watch until you reach the end of a season. Then, only then, Infuse will play the next season automatically.
It does not work when you watch from the „Currently Watching" section.
I don’t know why, because usually I do not watch a show with 8 or even 24 episodes per season in one session.
