I use Omni Content Hub on tvOS, and have Trakt scrobbling enabled in Infuse.
I’ve noticed that recently, I’m unable to stop watching a movie/series and then resume watching it from Omni. Instead, it will restart the episode from the beginning, even though Infuse has a previous play set at the correct time.
I’ve also noticed that content played in Infuse (whether initiated from Omni OR from within Infuse) doesn’t show up on Trakt (I use the Trakt Playback Progress Manager to confirm this). If I switch the content player in Omni to KSPlayer (the native option), Trakt works fine and resumes content at the correct point.
I have Infuse PRO, Trakt enabled in Infuse, Enhanced Metadata enabled in Omni, Trakt scrobbling disabled in Omni, Continue watching enabled in Omni/Infuse.
I’ve tried reinstalling Omni as well as Infuse, have cleared cache, have refreshed sync, have signed in and out of Trakt on both systems- nothing has worked. I am able to resume playback via Infuse on MacOS Omni, but tvOS restarts the content no matter what with a simplified metadata title (Content Title - Season - Episode).
