I have a Synology NAS (new) and Apple TV (new) and Infuse Pro (Updated).
I have issues with playing videos since months now.
When I turn on the Apple TV/Infuse it will pay the first video smoothly. But when I go back and try to play another one, it will try for about 30 seconds and then say “Error loading content…”. I have to go back all to the tvOS main page and reload Infuse again in order to choose another video. I have to do this every time I want to change to another video. Same issues on the iPad btw…
We have been looking into a few similar issues, but if you have a chance to send in a report from your device the next time this happens it could be helpful.
