I’ve configured Infuse to access the library on my NAS (in LAN) using a regular fileshare. But is there a way of accessing my library remotely with only “one” library?
Currently I’ve configured the library “again” for a WebDAV connection that points to my NAS, that works but I only want one library instead of two if possible.
Hints?

yes, VPN into your home network when you are remote.

Yeah I guess VPN is one way, however I’d like something else, that Infuse could understand it’s using the same library but for several connections in some way. 
Using WebDAV right now for both local+remote and it works but kind of feel slightly odd..
Why would you want another way with vpn does exactly what you want
