Just got an Apple TV 4k, not an apple user before that.
I use a old computer as my Plex server, and have a large library of movies and tv shows.
My problem is that I have a bunch of collections that all show up in the infuse app, but some about 70% of my collections do not show poster artwork.
I can’t find the rules for how to fix this, some shows that show up the tvdb made on it own in Plex others I made, And it’s the same for the ones that doesn’t show up.
How do I get the fan art/posters to show up for collection when it is not doing it, it self ?
I use the version of infuse and TVOS Plex is up-to-date.
And I use direct play on infuse since the library I had the same error with the collections.
As the pictures shows two collections do not have fan art, one does “All for …”
There is a page that describes the ways to use either the Direct Mode or Library mode with servers like plex.
Now if you use library mode Infuse will handle the metadata but you won’t have your custom Plex collections. You can also create collections In Infuse if you want to use the library mode.
