I’ve had a weird metadata issue recently - see Fix metadata search and selection .
As a follow-up to what I’ve found, it would be really helpful to have an option to Check Metadata Integrity without losing all the metadata. The existing Refresh Metadata is too brute-force here and rescans everything which would take a long time and may result in resetting some metadata. I was thinking to just locally checking structure and integrity of the stored existing metadata file and possibly fixing any reporting only problematic entries that might cause weird issue like the one I’ve had, and upload the fixed data back to Cloud.
