Hi, i dont know if this is the right forum, but I couldn’t find any other place to ask this question.
I’m thinking of changing my Apple ID, but I don’t want to pay once again?
Is it possible to change account, so I don’t have to pay, but be able to download the app once again?
That is pretty much in Apples hands. Not sure why you’d want to change but maybe contact Apple App Store customer support and ask if that’s possible.

AFAIK, Apple does not provide a way to transfer purchases between new and old Apple IDs.
