Looking at the visionOS layout, it may be worth considering the same approach for tvOS/macOS. The sidebar placement, etc.
This looks great and would give Infuse the UI facelift many have been looking for.
Would also be nice if the visionOS details screen became the default on tvOS/macOS as well. 
Edit: This is not a request to push other niceties that have been in the queue for a while, it is just something that would be nice to see as well.
Considering it took most of last year to implement the new page layouts, I would much rather have dev time spent on adding other features/fixing current issues. There are so many requests that have been out there for 5+ years.

I‘m still waiting for an universal watchlist in plex library mode.
I find it difficult to understand why the plex watchlist is available in direct mode but not in library mode.
Direct mode has too many limitations for me, such as the fact that collections can only be accessed via search. So I’ll stick with library mode, but it should be possible to implement the watchlist there as well.
Additionally, there should be an overlay for viewed content, not just for unviewed content. I don’t know of any other platform that doesn’t have a flag for viewed content. Here, too, the developers seem to be simply stubborn and not responsive to user requests.
But even if I wish for some features, Infuse is and remains the best player for the private video collection.
