Can't get a response from FireCore - Apple TV Crashed

I am beyond aggravated. My silver Apple TV crashed and I can’t reinstall the ATV Flash software that I purchased (!) because I am beyond the ridiculous 1 year period since I purchased it, which means that I don’t have the rights to what I rightfully purchased.

I submitted a request to FireCore Customer Support asking them to let me redownload the software days ago, but I have not heard a single thing from them. Has anyone else had the experience of having your support request be ignored? Any suggestions about how to get them to respond?
