ATV2 - 2.0.2
Using XBMC last night - no problems - This morning constant crashes and buffering issues.
I get "Installation Failed"messages every time I try to update. The log reads
"E:Type ‘libcurl.4.dylib’ is not known on line 1 in source list etc/apt/sources.list.d/nito.list
E: The list of sources could not be read"
Submitted bug report C07DN5VJDHJH
Fixed:
SSH into ATV2 - rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/nito.list
This allowed me to then reboot and update. Now I just have a problem with XBMC stuttering and buffering on playback
The buffering has become so bad that we I can no longer get through more than about 5 minutes worth of a show. I am on XBMC 12.1 and ATV 2.0.2
Can we possibly just go backwards to before all this crap started! I have one ATV2 running old software and onld XBMC and it works flawlessly!
Hey hey, so I got it sorted
I followed the instructions at http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=160387 and went back to XBMC 12.0 and so far no stutters but I did have to reconfigure my SMB connections using an IP Address - no biggie
