Cannot update apple tv to new version?

hi, my english is not the best.

i have installed atv black 1.6 and the apple tv-software is 4.4.4. now i want to update to the new one 5.0.2 but it says its on the newest one and i cant to set it back to factory settings! anyone an idea?

You cannot use the built-in update feature as it is disabled. The only way to update to the newest is to reflash the iOS version.

itunes do not check that apple tv is via usb connected to pc, what can i do?

Download the latest version of Seas0nPass and run it and click Create IPSW.

Note: doing so will wipe the contents of your Apple TV.
