Cannot restore PRO purchase

I re-installed infuse on my atv4 today to get the new version. For whatever reason the automatic update did not work. I am not able to restore my pro purchase, although I am logged in with the correct account. When I click on the restore button, it thinks for a second and then nothing happens.

Please let me know what I can do!

Hmm, sorry about that.

One thing to try is restarting the Apple TV, or removing and re-installing the app. This can often clear up App Store wonkiness like this.

If neither of those work, please open a support ticket and include a copy of your purchase receipt and we can assist.
