Cannot restore Infuse Pro

Need some help with this…

AppleTv 4K - 15.4.1

User login - just me

Already check the subscription on the store is active.
Didn’t change the store location.

For some reason can’t restore the subscription.

When i try, doesn’t do anything, just give a network error, and the connection is fine.

Already uninstall the app, and restore the box.

Any advice?

Are you using TestFlight releases or just the latest stable?

Using the app from the store, stable.
