Can I ask what brand and model TV you are using?
I am able to play DV videos on Netflix! So it is to do with infuse.
My tv is Sony A95L
We’ve come across a few Dolby Vision videos that contain corrupted or malformed data which can cause playback issues when reading the Dolby Vision layer.
If you’re able to send us a sample of the video file that’s exhibiting the issue we can take a closer look and see what’s going on.
