Can’t connect to server (Jellyfin)

Hi all,

Infuse stopped connecting to my Jellyfin server. It stopped suddenly, and after updating both Jellyfin and Infuse (on iOS) it still doesn’t connect. I’ve tried multiple accounts and I tried connecting to Jellyfin via other apps too. Everything else works, so Infuse is the problem. It was the last version, but the latest update didn’t fix anything.

What to do?

If you haven’t already, can you try updating the server to 10.11.9?

This has a fix for a user account issue that was affecting some connections (both in Infuse and other apps).

I saw that topic and updated straight away! Doesn’t seem to be the same issue, as updating Jellyfin didn’t fix it.

Update: good to know it’s not just an iOS issue. Got the same issue on Apple TV, also updated.

Ok, just took a peek at your logs and it looks like this is related to an SSL certificate issue.

It seems the certificate for this server expired on 5/20/26.
