Can not play movies from my hard drive

my harddrive does not show in nitotv.  I have a 500 gig western digital harddrive that iam using. please help!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you know the format of the drive you are using ? The AppleTV will only support drives formatted in MacOS and FAT32 formats.
