Can add-on features for showing files name priority

I prefer to use the title setting (sort order) to show all the shows and movies with the language I set and save them as metadata
But there’s a problem I am facing Different versions of movies or shows have the same title names (EP1 EP2 EP3.ETA) when you are on the play page and u can’t identify which file is 4k or 1080p.
SHOW filenames definitely will solve this but it will always show files name and no more title names for display

Can add on one feature under the show filenames setting to only display files name under the last play page and the folder pages or main page still display in title name for convenience?

In case you missed it, you can see the resolution at the top below the name.

Yes, definitely I got see this. Firstly Not every eps shows resolution at the top, and in case some files come with the same resolution 4K or 1080p, the only difference between them is subtitle embedded or Internal which u cant identify by resolution. And also different from DV or HDR, different
release group, etc. So it’s quite clear if we can identify it by files name on the play page.

The area I circled will show both DV and HDR as long as the format for both are the ones that Infuse can read as DV or HDR.

Also, when you scroll to the bottom of the page you have the screen prints of doesn’t the full file name appear at the bottom of the play page?

If you’re not seeing the resolution then either Infuse hasn’t had a chance to finish the scan for that file or the file may be corrupt. Try refreshing things for that by doing an Edit Metadata and re-selecting the correct choice.

There’s also a currently running thread in the suggestions forum for the support of multiple versions of files that would give you the functions you want. You may want to show your support for it. Don’t forget that you need to click the like button on the first post in that thread to show your support for it.

You can also see the filename for every video (even without show filenames on) by scrolling to the bottom of the page.
