Cache issues? File not found?

I recently “upgraded” a couple files in a mini series that were of .mp4 format to .mkv. Doing so has resulted in an issue where video is no longer found by Infuse, I’ve attempted to rescan my library on Plex, cleared my cache, deleted the app, removed and re-added the Plex share, and the issue on Infuse persists. I can open the Plex App or Plex via web and see the new files just fine and play them but with Infuse no luck. I also notice that the file name shown at the bottom of episode on Infuse has an .mp4 extension so somehow Infuse is still pointing to the old file. This issue is present across two PMS’s and all my Apple devices (4x Apple TV, 1x iOS).

Edit: Looks like I’ve resolved the issue. For whoever encounters this issue in the future. I fixed it by turning on file management and manually selected and deleted the non-existent .mp4 file from Infuse. Doing so Infuse automatically selects the only available file instead. Weird the file was still showing as present even after being deleted a few days back. Also I deleted the file via iOS app and this sync’ed across all my clients automatically. No issues now.

Edit 2: Looks like I had to manually delete the file again for the other libraries pointing to a different PMS too. This fully resolved the issue.
