Bug Report: "com.firecore.media.player error 1" on Apple TV & iPhone

Hi Firecore Team,

I am writing to report an issue I’m experiencing when using Infuse on both my Apple TV and iPhone.

When attempting to play content from my cloud drive, I encounter the following error: “The operation could not be completed. com.firecore.media.player error 1”. This happens with all video files.

I have confirmed that the issue is not with the files themselves, as I can play them perfectly fine using other media players. It seems to be specific to Infuse.

Could you please look into this?

I also use my mobile phone and Apple TV, but I can’t play it. I hope it can be solved as soon as possible.

We have noticed that some 123 accounts are experiencing rate throttling (Error 429) today. This may be a temporary service issue or it may be related to your 123 account.

It may be worth reaching out to 123 customer service to see if there are any issues they can see related to your account.
