[Bug] Picture-in-Picture button not an option for 480p videos

There is no option for Picture-in-Picture (PiP) for non-HD videos in the iPhone App. Ideally, I would love it if swiping up from the bottom of the screen would initiated PiP, like it does in most apps.

However, even just adding the button for non-HD video would be a great help!

Picture-in-Picture is a feature provided by Apple and currently the format it supports are limited to h.264, h.265 (HEVC), and AV1 (on compatible devices).
