Bug on iPad in 8.2.3 no alphabet search down side

My iPad has auto updated Infuse to 8.2.3 and the alphabet search down the side of the folders is not there. My iPhone is on the older software and it’s there on that. Is there a setting I’m missing or is it a bug. Thanks.
