Ever since I started using the app in version 8.1.0 around macOS 15.2, the app freezes playback when the Music app is opened along with Infuse when I press play/pause on the video. This remains the case even now in macOS 26.1 and Infuse 8.3.1. When the Music app is closed, the beachball no longer appears and the play/pause works normally.
I’m using a MacBook Air M1 playing a local 1080p HEVC video with upscaling options enabled, but even with them disabled, the behavior is the same.
