BDMV folders - Synalogy NAS

Hi, I am a new user who have just signed for Infuse 6 pro rental; My hardware is Apple 4K TV/Synology NAS.

I have a problem reading Blue Ray folders (BKMV) seem to be not interpreted as individual files; not disk, I also have a problem with DVD folders. The rips (mkv, etc,) are played file.

I am fairly sure it is something simple - any suggestions?

How are you connected to the NAS share? DLNA, SMB, Plex, etc?

Thank you for the reply. To be honest I don’t know. Definitely not DLNA - I setup windows shares; in Infuse I just selected the server and put username/account No - probably SMB, How could I find out?
